To be able to download documents again, you should add *.partner-dsp.com to your trusted websites in your browser settings.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on "Internet Options"
- Open the tab "Security"
- Click on "Trusted sites"and then on "Sites"
- Add *.partner-dsp.com and deselect "Require server ..."
- Restart Internet Explorer and retry to download a document.
