I received a "Change of account number" e-mail from Zoomit notifying me about a new and old bank account used to send documents from one of my active senders:


This e-mail is sent by Zoomit in the following cases:

  • You have been in touch with your sender to inform them about the new bank account number they must use to send your documents through Zoomit
  • You have adapted your bank details on your sender's website in your dedicated customer portal
  • You recently received an invoice from this sender via Zoomit and you paid it with a new bank account number
  • A third party paid your invoice with his own bank account


In the situations described above, your sender has registered your new bank account number: the bank account to which your invoices must be sent through Zoomit. If you do not agree with this information, please contact your sender to provide them the bank account number on which you wish to receive your invoices in Zoomit.


PS: You will receive the e-mail below if the new bank account registered by your sender is an account belonging to a bank that does not offer Zoomit : Unfortunately the bank with whom the account resides does not offer Zoomit yet. The procedure is the same, if you do not agree with this information, please contact your sender to provide them the bank account number on which you wish to receive your invoices in Zoomit.
