One of your senders has a "No access" status in your Sender screen.

The following message appears on the right-hand side of the screen by clicking on this sender on the left-hand side of the screen:

"You do not have access to this sender for one of the following reasons: either the documents are confidential, or the addressee has blocked your access, or the sender has recently sent a document to another bank account".

  1. Confidential documents:
If the sender that you can not accept sends confidential documents (pay slip) and the addressee of the document has not yet accepted this sender, the status of this sender will be "No access".
To accept the sender and access the documents, check who is the addressee of the document and ask him to accept the sender, and if he agrees to Share access towards his documents.

  2. The addressee has blocked your access :
Check who is the addressee of the document and ask him to Share access towards his documents.

  3. The sender has recently sent a document to another account: The addressee of the document has contacted the sender to ask to send his documents to a new bank account. The sender has registered this new bank account and is now sending its documents to this account. Check which destination bank account is registered by this sender.

How to check who is the addressee of the document in case of confidential documents or a blocked access?

  • After selecting the concerned sender on the left-hand side of the screen, click on Addressing details on the right-hand side of the screen.
The addressee name is displayed next to Addressing details

PS: In the upper right of the screen, we see that the person who is connected to the banking application is Winston (Brit) Churchill. To access the document addressed to Robert Schuman, Mr. Churchill must contact the addressee of this document to ask him if he agrees to Share access towards his documents.

How to check which destination bank account is registered by the sender?

  • After selecting the concerned sender on the left-hand side of the screen, click on Addressing details on the right-hand side of the screen.
The bank account number to which the sender has recently sent a document appears next to Bank account

The sender registers a new bank account number to be used for the sending of its documents in the following cases:

  • Following an explicit request from the addressee of the document

  • Because the last invoices of this sender have been paid one or more times (depending of the sender) with another bank account. This account is then registered as a new destination account for its documents.

Note: If a change bank account has been registered by the sender and the sender has sent the last document to the new bank account number, check your e-mail : Zoomit sends you a Change of bank account number e-mail

Only the sender can inform you about the bank account that is registered in his system for sending its documents. If you have any questions about this, Contact your sender
